The decision is gushed from one new and various interpretation of the limitation to the import of the single horses assigns you to the slaughtering indicated in Decision 2005/233/CE, than, to seem they, it must consequently agree like prohibition of import for all equidi and also the asses, but that they are not assigns you to the slaughtering. Of the problem one is already interesting the UNICEB, already activated in Communitarian center in order to less try to have of the official clarifications approximately the corrected interpretation or of the norm in issue, from part of the Slovenian veterinaries. It makes to reflect, the fact that the limitation was already present in the plan of residual of the past year (Decision 2004/432/CE) and such prohibition to the import always has been limited to the single horses from breeding, like indicated in the norm, and not to all the equidi indiscriminately. x Dopo pressanti richieste d’aperture da parte dell'Uniceb anche per il tramite del Direttore del Ministero della Salute Italiano, le autorità sanitarie Croate hanno riaperto il transito della carne bovina e ovi caprina d’origine e provenienza Serba.
Il provvedimento è stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale Croata n.64 del 23.05.05 a pag. 3.715 punto II.
Per non incorrere in soste impreviste, è necessario tener conto degli orari d’apertura del veterinario di confine Croato (Lipovac) e del Punto d'ispezione Comunitario (BIP) Sloveno di Obrezje.
