It’s on phase of proposal and planning, the creation of a new railway axis, along 2.500 km., that it would connect the ports of Algesiras, Valencia, Tarragona, Barcelona, through one shunting line privileged on the port of Marseilles continuing for the industrial areas of Norbonne, Lione, Metz with projection on Paris and arrival to the centre of the Germany in the city of Duisburg.
