THE CUSTOMS DOMICILING PROCEDURE (authorisation ITTS/24/SR)
The authorisation to carry out operations under the domiciling procedure - also known as "by the simplified procedure" - enables a user to clear the goods in our warehouse and in the cold storage rooms, even if they have not been loaded yet. This obviously eliminates the waiting time for the customs procedures when the truck to be loaded arrives.
   
The custom operations under the domiciling procedure are encouraged by the Custom Houses Agency, because, in addition to de-congesting the customs, they make it possible to carry out quicker, more concrete controls with the goods on the floor, and enable operators to have more precise times for performing the customs procedures.
